PoovaPay ("the App") is developed for authorized mobile phone retailers working with Poova Holdings in Sri Lanka. The App enables retailers to register customer purchases for self-financed mobile devices and submit customer and device information to a Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform for device enrollment. PoovaPay does not process, collect, or facilitate any financial payments or payment transactions.

Customer Information

• Signed financing agreement

Device & Purchase Information

• Phone model
• IMEI/Serial Number
• Purchase price
• Installment details
• MDM enrollment information

Camera and Storage

Camera and storage permissions are used only to capture and upload required documents for customer enrollment.

• Register financing records

PoovaPay does not use collected information for advertising.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared with Poova Holdings, MDM providers, Google Firebase services, legal authorities where required, and technical service providers.
